Last year we tipped Auckland model Katie Braatvedt to be the “first-ever true New Zealand supermodel” – and it looks like our prediction is turning out to be right. The young model has just secured herself a Vogue cover – the first NZ model to do so in 10 years.
Braatvedt is on the cover of the April issue of Australian Vogue, which also gives her an impressive 13-page editorial spread. It’s not the first time the Devonport local has been seen in the pages of the mag, having already been labeled as “Vogue’s favourite new face” in their August 2006 issue.
